Tiffany Gao is a classically trained lyric soprano with a strong passion and commitment to her craft.

Born in China then immigrated to the U.S. as a child, Tiffany Gao's musical self discovery started half way across the world.

Although she was originally trained in Chinese folk music techniques, Gao studied classical operatic techniques with Zoila Munoz, a renowned mezzo-soprano, while completing her Bachelor's of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at UC Davis, CA. Since 2016, Gao has been training in Bel Canto technique with Marla Volovna, an internationally acclaimed mezzo-soprano.

Tiffany Gao has performed in many concerts and with multiple organizations such as SF Opera in local schools, Apollo Arts, and Livermore Valley Opera. She recently performed Mimi from La Boheme, and her other operatic repertoire includes Angelica (Suor Angelica), and Susanna (Le Nozze di Figaro). Her oratorio repertoire includes Ode to Joy by Beethoven, and Magnificat by J.S. Bach. She is set to perform the Erste Dame in Der Zauberflote with Trentino Music Festival in the summer of 2024.
